Cancellation Policy

I charge 75%of service(s) booked for any cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. I charge 100% for any no-shows. If you no-show and your card on file does not work you will be blocked from booking any further appointments. You will have to reach out to me directly if you would like to book an appointment and I will send you a deposit to pay the no-show fee and pay 50%of your future appointment. *Running late* I allow a 7 minute grace period for all appointments. You will be charged a cancellation fee and have to reschedule if you are running more than 15 minutes behind. If you have multiple services booked, we will adjust or cancel some services.
