By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to these terms. 🔑 Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • If you cancel, the deposit is forfeited. • Deposits may only be transferred once if you reschedule with 48 hours notice. • If you cancel again after the first transfer, or cancel within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged for same day cancellation and a new deposit will be required to rebook. 📅 Cancellation • Any cancellations must be made 48 hours prior before your appointment. • If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked. •Same day cancellations you will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. •If you have multiple services booked for an appointments and you want to take one or more of those services off please give me a 48 hour notice to adjust or you will be charged for all services booked when you come in for your appointment. 🚫 No-Shows • No-shows are charged 100% of the service(s) booked. • If your card on file declines, you will be blocked from booking until the balance is paid. ⏰ Running Late • A 7-minute grace period is allowed. • If you booked multiple services, some services may be shortened or cancelled to stay within the scheduled time. 📲 Communication The best way to notify me of cancellations, adjustments, or if you’re running late is by texting 651-278-8567. ✨ Thank you for respecting my time and policies so I can continue providing the best experience for all of my clients!
